After receiving and, accepting Seh Calaz‘s apology for dragging ZANU PF, controversial Zimbabwean businessman Sir Wicknell Chivayo has finally blessed Zimdancehall chanter with a new car.
Wicknell has been lavishly throwing around cars to celebrities like confetti, leaving the streets buzzing. Just this year, he has splurged over half a million dollars on top-of-the-range Mercedes-Benz SUVs for artists who are loyal to ZANU PF.
The GLE beneficiaries are ZANU-PF praise singers like Jah Prayzah, Sandra Ndebele, Sulumani Chimbetu, and DJ Fantan of Chillspot Records. Wicknell spoiled them for their unapologetic support of ZANU-PF.
When he got a car for Sandra Ndebele, Wicknell hinted that he had wanted to buy Seh Calaz a car, but disqualified him because in December, he had attacked ZANU PF.
In a charged Facebook post, Seh Calaz had quipped:
“5 Months after ma elections apera, hapana chachinja. Patanga tiri ndipo patichingori tatodzokera kumashure. Mashefu havachabatike ava ma bluetick vakutensa vava too busy nekudya nemhuri dzavo. Isu takanomirira ma erekisheni anoteveraaa takufonerwa everyday kunzi hande ku toitoi mpfanha wangu huya ujambise mafans ako.”
After Wicknell said he was not going to buy Seh Calaz the car because of his” attention-seeking” antic, the chanter took to Facebook to grumble and set the record straight that he is a staunch ZANU-PF supporter. He even reneged on his statement and said he was referring to CCC councillors when he said election victors haven’t delivered anything after elections.
The controversial businessman saw Seh Calaz’s post and forgave him. He has since showered him with a new Mercedes-Benz GLE350d 4matic.
Wicknell posted:
“Your explanation was well-received and your apology has been accepted. After careful consideration, as an aspiring billionaire, I can’t stoop so low and embarrass a young, hardworking and talented musician like you. My point was just USANYARE NEZVAURI. Be consistent and don’t flip flop.”
