Chivhu woman, Emelda Marizanhi who killed her 4 daughters by slitting their throats has been slapped with four life sentences behind bars.
Emelda murdered her four children following a dispute with her former husband. She was found with four counts of murder.
The gruesome murder occurred in November 2020 after Emelda had found out that her husband Lameck Brande had left her for another woman.
In anger, Emelda slit the throats of her four children after feeding them with poison.
It was reported that she also consumed the poison but survived.
