Ex-Generations actress Zoe Mthiyane drags baby daddy Lebo M to court

Ex-Generations actress Zoe Mthiyane and former lover Lebo M are at loggerheads once again following Mthiyane’s disputes over their child. Mthiyane has served Lebo M with lawyer documentation that instructs the reality TV star Lebo M to cease from featuring their child on the reality TV show.

Reportedly, Lebo M has been served with cease and desist papers to refrain from featuring both his and Zoe Mthiyane’s child on the show. According to Zimoja Lezinto, in the letter, Zoe Mthiyane has instructed ex-lover and baby father Lebo M to refrain from having their child on the show without her consent.

“We are instructed by our client that Mr. Morake is engaged in the filming of a new television reality show in partnership with Primedia and Carol Bouwer Productions as the producers of the show and that certain filming activity has taken place that includes her minor child, (name withheld). In consideration of the foregoing, prior consent has not been sought or obtained from our client for the filming of the minor child by Mr. Morake, or Primedia and Carol Bouwer Productions” read the letter.

The letter continues to state that any filming that has already taken place and featured both the child and the name which has been withheld at point, has been done without Zoe Mthiyane’s consent and or approval.

Instead, the letter also mentions that all the filming that has taken place is deemed unlawful, which may result to some serious consequences and repercussions.

“Under the circumstances, any filming that has taken place which includes (name of child withheld) has taken place in the absence of consent from our client and may be unlawful.” read the letter

In the letter, Zoe Mthiyane is under no circumstances intending to impose on the production and or the filming of Lebo M’s show. However, her intentions are surrounding her child she share with Lebo M to not be featured on the upcoming season of the reality show.

“Primedia and Carol Bouwer Productions refrains from publishing/broadcasting the production or portions thereof where Mr. Morake and any other cast member portrays her negatively or in any manner whatsoever. Our client has no intention to interfere with the production unnecessarily and in the circumstances, she is open to exploring any reasonable method of excluding any reference to her by name by Mr Morake and any other cast member and any reference to her by Mr Morake and any other cast member, including but not limited to the complete removal of those scenes and or the censoring of those scenes already filmed.” read the letter

Lebo M who is currently overseas on tour could not be reached for comment and the Primedia and Carol Bouwer Productions mentioned that their lawyers are looking into the matter at hand.

“Carol Bouwer said she couldn’t comment as her lawyers are dealing with it” wrote Zimoja Lezinto
