South African actress Kagiso Rakosa was undoubtedly the darling of small screens and wowed South Africans with her unmatched acting flair as Sharon on Generations.
However, after her newfound fame, Kagiso Rakosa disappeared from the public spotlight leaving many trying to connect the dots on her whereabouts.
Despite being arguably one of the most searched actresses, little is known about Kagiso Rakosa’s whereabouts.
Unconfirmed reports have it that she was forced out from Generations after her alleged affair with the late Shona Ferguson in 2010.
Other sources have it that she had a fallout with showrunners. Rumour mill has it that her alleged affair took a toll on her illustrious career, seemingly leading to her being blacklisted.
However, Shona Ferguson rubbished the rumours and said he was not in a relationship with Kagiso. It’s been years, and Rakosa hasn’t yet addressed these daring rumours that have often thrust her into the top trends for the wrong reasons.
The allegations seem to have been peddled with social media without any evidence to show for it. After bowing out of Generations and kissing her on-screen character goodbye, the actress bagged a few gigs.
She was cast in several drama series, including Traffic. She was cast as Andiswa Mlaba, sister to Detective Lungi Mlaba.
Despite going awol on small screens for years, on 13 February 2022, she appeared on Date My Family, and Mzansi was more than happy to see her on small screens.
Her appearance undoubtedly took viewers down memory lane with her videos resurfacing on the internet. Of late, she has been active on social media.
