Popular Zimdancehall producer and chanter Dj Fantan is a proud son as he is celebrating completing building his mother a house in Seke, Chitungwiza. The chanter has relocated his mother from Matapi Mbare, where he spent his childhood, to Chitungwiza.

Taking to his Facebook page, he shared pictures of himself and his mother inside the new house. In the pictures, Fantan can be seen posing next to his mother inside a fully furnished modern kitchen holding a mug in his hands. He captioned the pictures:

“Mama, mi never ever ever ever ever ever
Left you out
Mi never left you kuma Frats ku Matapi
Mi tek you out
You proud you son
Seh mi proud a mi self
You teach me fi pray over mi self 🙏.”

In other news – 6 people killed in a road accident

On Friday afternoon, a tragic road accident claimed the lives of six individuals at the 35-kilometre mark along the Mutare-Marange Road. Additionally, 12 others sustained injuries in the collision involving a haulage truck and a Mazda BT50 vehicle.

Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, the national spokesperson for the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), verified the incident, noting that the fatal crash occurred at approximately 1:30 PM.
