Mzansi singer Babes Wodumo was in good spirits as she sang and danced along at the late Mampintsha’s mom- Zamanguni Gumede’s memorial service.
In spite of reports that Babes Wodumo had been barred from attending Mampintsha’s mom’s funeral service, it seems the Gqom singer and the Gumede family are not at loggerheads as reports claimed.
The memorial service of the late Zamanguni Gumede who succumbed to a stroke on the evening of January 15, took place yesterday in L Hall KwaMashu, Durban. Reports claimed that Babes had been barred from attending the funeral service taking place today.
However, a video shared by Daily Sun, shows the Wololo hitmaker dancing with her in-laws at Zama’s memorial service, squashing the reports.
Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha’s sister Pinky Gumede, are not actually feuding despite Babes’ “bewitching” accusation. In the video, Babes is seen dancing and singing with mourners including Pinky — who recently accused Babes of not visiting her mother while she was in the hospital.
The clip also features an emotional clip of Zamanguni breaking down after meeting Tira, who visited the family along with other KZN artists, to comfort them during this difficult period. Zama is heard thanking Tira for visiting them. Watch the clip below:

DJ Lamiez Holworthy is one of the most trolled celebrities, but she never hesitates to clap back whenever necessary. Just recently, the DJ posted yet another picture of her and her mother. The two always melt hearts when they do so.
But a troll did not appreciate the image and so she asked Lamiez a rather personal question. “Where is your mother-in-law when you’re always breastfed?” the troll asked. Lamiez gave a hot clap back and told the troll where to get off. Learn More
