Mzansi media personality TT Mbha posted a cute video on Instagram, showing him and his long-term friend Somizi Mhlongo gushing over each other which had his fans and social media followers in their feelings and praising them for having repaired their friendship.
Somgaga has created a long list of cancelled friends in the past few years which includes Thami Dish, Unathi Nkayi, Khanyi Mbau, and recently reshuffled friend TT Mbha. During a Showmax special, Somizi’s ex-husband Mohale Motaung dished on why the long-term friend’s friendship fell apart and said it was after they concocted a plan to stop him from getting hired in the media industry, The South African previously reported.
“The reason Somizi and TT Mbha are not talking is because I lost out on work because Somizi asked TT to speak to certain people and told them not to hire me,” Mohale was quoted as saying.
The duo stopped being friends for about a period of two years. And, in a since-deleted Instagram post, TT shared an old picture where he could be seen posing with his wife alongside Somizi and Mohale, Zalebs reported.
“My wife sent me this pic from 2 years ago today and honestly [I] didn’t know how to respond to her because so much has changed in the past 2 years. One thing I’m definitely certain about is that life is way too short,” TT was quoted as saying.
In a video recently shared on Instagram, TT, and Somizi can be seen showing each other some love at a party in Ballito, Durban. On 22 June, TT was also spotted on Somizi’s feed, expressing his love for him.
“I LOVE YOU SBOTHO ❤️,” TT wrote.
